<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image producing system, and a program capable of realistically expressing movement of a group by realizing various movements of each character by fewer processing loads, and an information storage medium therefor. <P>SOLUTION: A movement vector calculating unit 112 acquires a first movement vector RV-j whose direction is randomly decided in a frame. A past vector storing unit 172 stores a third movement vector MV_j of the moving object acquired in a past frame which is older than the frame. The movement vector calculating unit 112 further acquires a third movement vector MV_k of a moving object Mobj_k in the frame based on the second movement vector MV_j and the first movement vector RV-j.
