<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to identify a fraudulent vehicle which breaks through a gate bar only from a strobe image. <P>SOLUTION: The fraudulent vehicle detection device is provided with: the gate bar which closes for blocking vehicle passage and is opened for permitting vehicle passage; a detector for outputting a detection signal showing an opened/closed state of the gate bar; a gate bar control part for outputting a breakthrough signal when receiving a detection signal showing an opened state of the gate bar even though the gate bar is controlled to be closed; a vehicle imaging part for consecutively photographing the gate bar at predetermined time intervals, photographing a vehicle and the gate bar with flashlight on the basis of the breakthrough signal output from the gate bar control part and outputting the continuous shooting images and the strobe images; and a controller for transmitting the strobe images output from the vehicle imaging part and continuous shooting images captured within a prescribed time adjacent to the strobe photographing to an external device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
