摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-diameter wire feeding device for build-up welding capable of inserting a welding wire of a small diameter into the center of a molten pool. <P>SOLUTION: A welding wire delivery mechanism, and a wire guide 10 for sliding and guiding the welding wire 20 with an inner wall are provided. The wire guide 10 comprises a wire guide pipe 2 inserted with the welding wire 20 from one end and a wire guide leading edge chip 1 made of graphite which is connected to the other end of the wire guide pipe 2, and guides the welding wire 20 in such a manner that the leading edge of the welding wire 20 is delivered from the leading edge aperture toward molten pool 11a of a workpiece 11. The wire guide leading edge chip 1 made of the graphite is small in the sliding resistance of the inner wall of a sliding hole despite exposure to a high temperature and since its leading edge can be approached to the molten pool 11a, the welding wire 20 of the small diameter can be easily inserted to the center of the molten pool 11a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
