<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide services for enabling a user to easily perform blood collection and quickly confirm inspection results by solving the problems that work such as application on the Internet and charging processing is troublesome, that notification of the inspection results is limited in time because of using postal services or the like, and that the user sometimes can not inspect the blood at a time because of a failure when the user reads a manual and collects blood for himself/herself in a self-blood collection in-home inspection kit. <P>SOLUTION: A space for performing self-blood collection and inspection is installed in a fitness club, or the like. A nurse or the like supports a user's self-blood collection and inspection and hands inspection result paper on the spot. The user can access a site in the Internet from a computer or a mobile phone, input a user ID and a user password and browse the inspection results.
