PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing method of biological substance which enables dispensation of any biological substance such as blood, or blood plasma without clogging by using a liquid droplet discharge head discharging droplet through the same droplet delivery principle as ink jet head. SOLUTION: In this method, 1.5% by weight of polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitanmonolaurate is added as a surfactant to test a solution in which blood is dissolved into phosphate buffer to prepare the dispensation liquid. The liquid droplet discharge head is used to discharge the above dispensation liquid by increments as a droplet, dispensing this dispensation liquid. Thereby no clogging arises in the nozzle even if the liquid droplet discharge head is left as it is for 30 minutes or more, allowing dispensing operation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
