<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase processing speed and to keep original variation trend of time-series data. <P>SOLUTION: A data collecting unit 125 collects data in time series from a data acquisition object 50, and outputs the collected data to a collected data storage unit 134 and a data processing unit 124. The collected data storage unit 134 stores the collected data sequentially. For the collected data, the data processing unit 124 calculates statistical data for calculating the variation trend of the plurality of data, for each of the plurality of data that are continuous in time series.
