<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material composition that hardly causes reduction in hydrophilicity by contamination with greases, etc., has a sufficiently high hydrophilicity for a long period of time, hardly emits an odor, forms a coating film having an excellent surface appearance, is preserved for a long period of time and applied to the surface of aluminum or an aluminum alloy. <P>SOLUTION: The coating material composition is applied to the surface of aluminum or an aluminum alloy and comprises 10 pts.mass of an acrylic polymer containing 3-30 mol% of a hydroxy group-containing monomer and 97-70 mol% of a carboxy group-containing monomer and 0.3-3 pts.mass of a cellulose-based polymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
