<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant voltage generation circuit for accurately generating a voltage having a prescribed difference even when a power supply voltage supplied to the constant voltage generation circuit varies, and an A/D conversion circuit provided with the constant voltage generation circuit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The constant voltage generation circuit comprises an all differential OP amplifier 50 provided with a first input terminal 11, a second input terminal 12, a first output terminal 21, a second output terminal 22 and an input common terminal 13, a resistor R2, a resistor R3 and a constant current source 10 serially connected between a power source VDD and the ground, and resistors R1 and R1 serially connected between the power source VDD and the ground. Both terminals of the resistor R2 are respectively connected to the first input terminal 11 and the second input terminal 12, and the connection point of the resistors R1 and R1 is connected to an input common terminal 13.
