<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality roll-up packaging device which forms no poor appearance such as the sagging of a packaging material and an article package. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This roll-up packaging device is provided with a body seal member 21 extended in the width direction along the laminated part fb of a packaging material f rolled up around an article, the first flap guide 13 and the second flap guide for folding in each of the first flap and the second flap positioned facing of an overhang part 10, the first member 22 positioned on one side in the laminated direction of the laminated part fb of the third flap 10d including the part fb connecting the first flap and the second flap, the second member 20 positioned on the other side in the laminated direction and an overhang seal part 22a for welding the neighborhood of the folding base of the part fb of the part 10 provided at least either on the first member 22 or the second member 20.
