<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LIF connector with the number of components reduced, workability improved, and enabled to be automatically assembled with excellent ease of operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first connector 32 is plugged straight for housing into a lever-cum-car body locking member 34. In housing the first connector 32, a fulcrum boss 38 is guided by a fulcrum boss-guiding guide groove 57 up to a fulcrum boss passing part 60, and is plugged into a fulcrum boss guide hole 51 when it 38 goes over the fulcrum boss passing part 60, thereby, the lever-cum-car body locking member 34 is brought into a state being free in rotation with the first connector 32. The LIF connector 31 for body panel fixing is structured of three components of the first connector 32, the second connector 33, and the lever-cum-car body locking member 34.
