<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which attains a stable mist generation without being affected by the variation of a liquid level, and is advantageous in cost and space in an ultrasonic mist jet head. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A vibrator 2 to generate a focusing ultrasonic wave, a mechanism to maintain the liquid level 1a at an ultrasonic wave focused position, and a reflection material 10 to reflect the ultrasonic wave to the ultrasonic wave focused position are installed to be set at an angle θ(π/2<θ<π/4) to a water surface. A liquid level side end face of the surface of the reflection material is set inside a meniscus 3 and on an opposite side relative to an emitting direction of mist 4 in comparison with an ultrasonic wave irradiation axis.
