PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excess current tripping arrangement in which a difference in distance between a bimetal and a suspending strip by a circuit breaker unit is prevented, and thereby the required time up to electric path interception is made constant even in a case a bimetal is rotated by the rotation in tightening a terminal in a loading side in a circuit breaker unit. SOLUTION: The excess current tripping arrangement which is prepared in the inside of a case of a circuit breaker unit includes: a bimetal which is formed from a long plate and includes one end to be fixed; and a suspending strip to be pressure-driven by the bimetal.
