A clipping information detecting part (7) detects clipping information of secondary spectrum shaping fed back from the base station apparatus, and a secondary spectrum shaping part (8) performs a secondary spectrum shaping. At this moment, the rate of the clipping performed by the secondary spectrum shaping part (8) adaptively controls the clipping rates of all transmitter apparatuses multiplexed by a scheduling part (26) of the base station apparatus.
