THE METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SCANNING BIO CHIP USING LIGHT ENHANCED BY METAL NANO-PARTICLE

PURPOSE: A method and device for scanning bio chips using a beam enhanced by metal nano-particles are provided to detect bio reaction using an optical pick-up head. CONSTITUTION: Write laser of fixed intensity is irradiated to the upper part of a bio-chip. A near field light is selectively transmitted and light amplification is generated in a domain in which metal nano-particles stand close together according to irradiating of the laser beam. The phase change is made on a phase change layer(140) located on the lower part of the density zone by changing the amorphous-crystal. Phase change information to the connecting state of a target probe(180) and a fixing probe(170) is recorded on the phase change layer.
