<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp whether or not a container is adequately handled at a cargo booking/distribution center, by a conveying means or the like, and whether or not a container or an article is possibly broken. <P>SOLUTION: Use information in which information on the use of a container (repair, breakage or the like) is transmitted to a server 1 as a container control device from an arrival/shipment terminal 2 installed in a cargo-booking/distribution center or the like at which the container is used. When use information on the breakage of the container is received, the server 1 acquires the information on the cargo-booking/distribution center, or a transport means or the like at which the broken container is used from a history information DB 15, distributes the fatigue load point set for the container to the cargo-booking/distribution center, or a transport means or the like at which the broken container is used, and added to the respective accumulated points.
