PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operator from accidentally switching to a mydriatic photographing mode during non-mydriatic photographing.
SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic photographing apparatus measures a pupil diameter from a captured image in S103, and waits for a prescribed period of time after increasing light intensity of an eye target illuminating light source by a prescribed amount in S105. After measuring the pupil diameter again in S106, the ophthalmologic photographing apparatus detects the amount of change in the pupil diameter measured after increasing the light intensity from the measured value of the pupil diameter before increasing the light intensity. When the amount of change in the pupil diameter is less than a threshold value in S107, the ophthalmologic photographing apparatus determines whether light intensity is less than a threshold value in S108. When the amount of change in the pupil diameter is less than the threshold value, and the light intensity is equal to or higher than the threshold value, the ophthalmologic photographing apparatus outputs information indicating that a mydriatic substance is placed in the eye in S109. A visible light cut filter is moved outside an optical path in S110, and a subject's eye E is observed with visible light. The ophthalmologic photographing apparatus switches a formed image to an ocular fundus part in S111 and photographs a fundus image in S112. When the amount of change in the pupil diameter is equal to or higher than the threshold value in S107, the subject's eye E is observed with the visible light cut filter placed in the optical path.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
