<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem such as congestion of a line, depletion of radio resources, increase of radio noise and increase of a CPU using rate, since a radio terminal performing radio communication with a base station suddenly disconnects a call when stopping the call control service of the base station and a large amount of call connecting requests are transiently generated from all the radio terminals present inside a cell to the base station when starting the service of the call control function of the base station. <P>SOLUTION: In the base station controller for controlling the operation of the base station for executing call control which permits a connection in response to a connecting request from the radio terminal, when a stop instruction of the call control of the base station is received, the number of radio terminals which can be connected to the base station is decreased and thereafter the call control is stopped, and when the call control of the base station is restarted, the number of radio terminals which can be connected to the base station is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
