<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitized solar cell forming a porous n-type semiconductor electrode on a film substrate with low temperature and in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing the dye-sensitized solar cell manufactured by laminating a porous n-type semiconductor electrode 2 with dye supported, a charge transport layer and a counter electrod in this order on a conductive base material 1, the porous n-type semiconductor electrode is a porous semiconductor film consisting of at least a core layer having a crystalline n-type semiconductor 22 and a shell layer with its surface consisting of a microwave absorbing layer 21, and is manufactured by irradiating microwave to the porous semiconductor film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
