<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a change history preparation apparatus for preparing a change history for reliably correlating a document change to the purpose and reason of the change. <P>SOLUTION: The change history preparation apparatus comprises: a document storage section for storing a document before change; a change history storage section for storing a change history; a document preparation means for preparing a document after change by changing the document before change based on user's input and generating preparation information indicating the content of change based on the document before change and that after change; a change information preparation means for generating change information where preparation information is converted to a sentence format for storing the change information in the change history storage section as a change history; a change purpose registration means for storing the purpose of change for changing the document before change to that after change in the change history storage section as a change history; and a first relating means for relating preparation information included in the change history to the purpose of change. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
