<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat air conditioner for a vehicle, performing suitable air-conditioning control under a condition specified to a sitting person, based on a body temperature of the occupant in which detection is more certainly and more easily performed than a brain wave. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioners 10A, 10B are provided on the seat 1 of the vehicle, and local air-conditioning is performed for the occupant sitting on the seat 1.
