PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct display so that a desired level range is distinguished from levels of other ranges and that a change in the amplitude of a level change is observed directly as for the desired level range, on the occasion of displaying a spectrogram. SOLUTION: This signal analyzing apparatus includes a display control part 8 which makes a display part 10 display the spectrogram that makes it possible to distinguish whether power is outside or inside a prescribed range and to recognize a change in an amplitude as to the power inside the prescribed range on two-dimensional coordinates of a frequency axis and a time axis, based on measuring data output by a receiving part 100.
