<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen polyolefin based resin composition being excellent in melting strength, having less draw down of parison at blow-molding, being excellent in appearance and having less eccentric thickness, and a blow-molded article obtained by molding it. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the non-halogen polyolefin based resin composition for blow-molding, 0.01-20 pts.mass of an alkyl methacrylate based polymer (B) containing an alkyl methacrylate unit having a 2-6C alkyl group as a main component and having a mass average molecular weight of 150,000-20,000,000 is formulated based on 100 pts.mass of a polyolefin based resin (A) having a melt flow rate of 0.1-50 g/10 min.
