<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wiring or a hose binder for binding and aligning excess portions of the wiring such as an electric wire (an electric cord), a wire, a cable or the like, or a water or air hose which is separately detached from the wiring or hose or the like and carried, capable of obtaining the large binding amount so as to be conveniently carried, light in weight, folded in small size, easily attaching/detaching and winding the wiring or hose or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The wiring or hose binder has a winding unit for winding the wiring or hose and two supporting plates. The winding unit can be folded and stored in a small size, and is capable of easily attaching/detaching the wiring or hose by detaching the supporting plates for supporting the winding unit.
