HIGH CAPACITY THIN FILM BATTERY MODULE AND THE METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A high capacity thin film battery module and the method for preparing the same are provided to connect a current collector of each unit cell while not lowering property of a battery when unit cells are laminated to compensate low capacity. CONSTITUTION: A thin film battery module(1) includes a thin film laminate, terminal connection portions(310,320), and electrode support(410,420). In the thin film laminate, a positive electrode current collector(120), a positive electrode active material thin film(130), a solid electrolyte thin film(140), a negative electrode current collector(150), and a negative electrode active material thin film(160) on a substrate(110) in order.
