PURPOSE: A pulse output repeater of voltage meter capable of reliably recognizing pulse signal output without error is provided to supply reliable operation of a pulse signal using device by using a photo coupler. CONSTITUTION: A first photo coupler is serially connected between the electric power metric pulse signal and ground of watt-hour meter(1). The first photo coupler transmits the electric power metric pulse signal to the pulse signal. A second photocoupler is serially connected between the timed pulse signal out port and ground of the watt-hour meter. The second photo-couplers transmit the timed pulse signal to the pulse signal.
