The handle has a reading antenna (3), a control (4), a minimotor (6), a disk clutch (7), a connection (8), an energy supply i.e. battery, and a lockable, identifiable and releasable integrated safety electronics. Different transponder media such as key cards and tags, and dactyloscopic identification of thumb impression are used for identification purpose. The minimotor displaces the clutch and connects the handle and a key with each other by a square cut so that an inner handle (1) is connected with a lock bar and is moved from outside for opening a door.
