A device (1) for enabling adjustment of a dental restoration (2) relative at least one dental fixture (3) is disclosed. The device (2) comprises a dental restoration (2) comprising at least one recess (4) having a recess wall portion (5). An attachment portion (10) has an attachment wall portion (11) devised for arrangement at least partly within the recess wall portion. An attachment element (12) is devised for arrangement relative a dental fixture (3). The wall portions are tiltable when arranged in relation to one another. A bridging element (13) is arranged between the wall portions for mechanically connecting said wall portions. A method for adjusting a dental restoration relative at least one dental fixture is also disclosed.
