<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of settling environmental problems and exhibiting worn-out feeling and externals, because washing treatment of jeans in our country has been developed from water washing to breach processing, stone wash, chemical wash, sand wash and biological wash successively, but environmental problems have occurred since about 1990, and no following new technique is developed. <P>SOLUTION: The oyster grows up by absorbing carbon dioxide dissolved in seawater from air and calcium dissolved in seawater and synthesizing calcium carbonate. A considerable amount of oyster shells are available as a nationwide unused resource of fishery biomass. If jeans processing can be performed by using oyster shells, use and utilization of fishery biomass is achieved and the oyster shell powder generated after processing can be reused as a fertilizer and a feed. A process for giving jeans worn-out feel using the oyster shell is an effective processing technique usable in the industrial field of Japan. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
