<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for specifying user's native language and outputting speech by the specified native language. <P>SOLUTION: A native language utterance device specifies a language category of speech uttered by a driver and a passenger (Step 130). Based on a characteristic of accent of the speech for the specified language category, the native languages of the driver and the passenger are specified (Step 140).
