<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for automatically adjusting a cursor speed on the basis of operation history of a user. <P>SOLUTION: When a reproduction instruction of content is issued by the user, the number of reproduction times is recorded in an operation history recording unit 102a. A speed record unit 102b refers to the record unit 102a for the number of reproduction times of the content displayed in a list, and decides a movement speed of the cursor for content on the basis of the number of reproduction times to record the speed.
