<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded product formed by continuously and smoothly joining an exposed face of an already-formed member to an injection molded portion, and a manufacturing method of the same, and to provide an injection mold used for the manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus equipped with the mold. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the molded product having an injection molded portion at one part includes processes of: (a) preparing the injection mold 30 having a discharge cavity 48 formed, which is protruded in the direction along a boundary face where an exposed face of a first molding member is joined with the injection molded portion inside the injection mold 30 and in the direction leaving from a molding cavity 40 and communicated with the molding cavity 40; (b) molding the injection molded portion from a molding material of high temperature and low viscosity; (c) joining the injection molded portion while keeping the molding material pressure-contacted to the exposed face of the first molding member; and (d) separating and removing the molding material discharged into the discharge cavity 48. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
