PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slit nozzle which can easily remove a foreign substance without decomposing the substance, without impairing the uniformity of a spray distribution. SOLUTION: This slit nozzle includes: a mixing block 6 which is accommodated in a storage space between a pair of continuous length blocks 1 and 2; a gas jet aperture 8 and a liquid jet aperture 11 facing a mixing space 12 of the mixing block 6; a slit-like discharge nozzle 14 for discharging a mixed mist, formed between the paired blocks 1 and 2; chambers 7, 9 and 10 formed upstream, which are adjacent to jet apertures 8 and 11; a gas supply path 3 and a liquid supply path 4 which are connected with each chamber 7, 9 and 10; a recessed part (or a notched part) which is connected with the slit-like discharge nozzle 14 and formed larger than the slit width at both ends, in a longitudinal direction, of the slit-like discharge nozzle 14; and a lid member 22 which can be fitted into the recessed part.
