<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for treating sludge in which deordorization by combustion can be performed by introducing a dried exhaust gas to an existent facility and in which the dried exhaust gas can be easily introduced to the introducing part of the existent facility. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for treating sludge, sludge stored in a sludge pit 11 is fed to a dryer 13, after being dried in the dryer 13, at least some of the dried sludge is charged to a riser 2 of a circulating fluidized bed furnace 1, while the dried sludge and a fluidizing medium are mixed and agitated by combustion air introduced to the riser the mixture is treated by combustion, the combustion exhaust gas accompanying the fluidizing medium is discharged from the upper part of the riser and the fluidizing medium separated from the combustion exhaust gas by a cyclone 3 is subjected to reflux to the riser 2, the dried exhaust gas discharged from the dryer 13 is introduced to the sludge pit 11 and a malodor gas containing the dried exhaust gas in the sludge pit 11 is introduced to the riser 2 as combustion air to be deodorized by combustion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
