PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERTER, IMAGE SENSOR, AND IMAGE PROCESSOR

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric converter capable of dissolving random noise while suppressing the increase of a circuit scale. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric converter includes: a capacitor CL1 whose charging voltage is updated in every cycle corresponding to a photocurrent amount generated in a prescribed exposure period after a photodiode PD1 is reset; and a capacitor CD1 and a capacitor CD2 whose respective charging voltages are updated in every other cycle corresponding to a dark current amount generated in a non-exposure period immediately after the photodiode PD1 is reset. The capacitor CL1 holding the photocurrent amount generated in the exposure period after the reset and either one of the capacitors CD1 and CD2 holding the dark current amount generated in the non-exposure period immediately after the reset is turned to one set and the respective charging voltages are read.
