<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printer capable of efficiently executing concurrent print jobs on a plurality of substrates including different kinds of substrates. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the screen printer 2 for printing paste for bonding an electronic component on a substrate, which constitutes an electronic component packaging line 1, a substrate transfer unit 8 for transferring a substrate 5 reversibly in a substrate transfer direction is provided in the middle of a first screen printing unit 7A and a second screen printing unit 7B which are disposed symmetrically with respect to a line centerline CL. As a result, various substrate transfer forms including return transfer for returning the substrate 5 from a downstream side device to the upstream side of the screen printer 2 and bypass transfer for transferring the substrate transferred from the upstream side to the downstream side device through the screen printer as needed become possible, and concurrent printing jobs can be efficiently performed on a plurality of substrates 5 including different kinds of substrates.
