<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burning surface angle changeable type oven device enabling motor-less drive with less malfunction and capable of making the whole of the device compact by simplifying it so as not to require an excessive space. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This oven device is provided by scatter-reflecting far and near infrared light from an upper heat source 3 toward a material to be heated W placed on a hot plate 2 in an oven furnace 1 by a reflecting mechanism 10, heat-treating by irradiating as diffusing on the hot plate 2 and heating the hot plate 2 itself by a lower heat source 4 arranged at the lower direction of the hot plate 2. At the upper heat source 3, a burning surface angle-changing mechanism 20 capable of freely changing the angle of the burning surface 3a of the upper heat source 3 is installed. The burning surface angle-changing mechanism 20 is equipped with a connecting conduit 21 fixed at the oven furnace 1, a burner body 22 of which one end opening side is fitted with the connecting conduit 21 as freely rotatable, and the upper heat source 3 connected with the burner body 22 through a connecting tube 23. The burning surface 3a of the upper heat source 3 is arranged at the upper side opening part of a housing space formed between the inside wall of the oven furnace 1 and the edge end part of the hot plate 2.
