<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket-issuing machine which conducts advertisements, only when they are required, for effective conducting of sales promotion. <P>SOLUTION: The ticket-issuing machine 1 has an operating part 17, which identifies the kinds of tickets and issues a ticket corresponding to an identified kind, when the operating part is operated. In this case, the machine is provided with a human body-detecting means 20, which detects that a person is approaching, and a voice-output means 181 which reads out, from a voice storage means, voice data corresponding to the current day of the week or the current time zone and then outputs the voice data, when the human body-detecting means detects a person.
