PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door structure for a vehicle capable of enhancing strength to shearing force generated on a door inner panel by force in an opposite direction applied to a stopper rubber mounting part and a sash fastening/fixing part in closing operation of the door by a simple constitution and preventing generation of a crack at that portion. SOLUTION: In the door structure for the vehicle, a door outer panel (2) and the door inner panel (3) are joined at a peripheral edge of them, sashes (15, 16) for liftably guiding a lifting glass (14) are provided on an intermediate part of them, and a stopper rubber (8) for preventing over-stroke in closing operation of the door (1) is mounted so as to be adjacent to the fastening/fixing part (18) of the sash of the door inner panel. Bead shape parts (33, 34) adjacent to the fastening/fixing parts (18, 31) of the sash and the mounting parts (8, 32) of the stopper rubber and extending over an installation range are provided on the door inner panel.
