<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can measure easily and quickly power consumption of an electric equipment, or impedance, insulation resistance, etc. in operating status of the equipment while ensuring health and safety of measurers. Ž<P>SOLUTION: For any inspection and testing of an electric equipment, it is important to easily, surely and correctly detect voltage and current impressed on the equipment with required degree of accuracy for efficiency and safety of works. When the detection of the voltage or current applied on the electric equipment is difficult in the equipment-installed area, the detectction is carried out from another area of the power distribution system supplied to this equipment so as to make required measurement.
