Ž<P>SOLUTION: Friction force f<SB>B</SB>between the outer circumference teeth 100 of the hub 92 and the inner circumference teeth 108 of the sleeve 72 is smaller in an axial center C direction than friction force f<SB>A</SB>between the dog teeth 118 and the inner circumference teeth 108 of the sleeve 72. Consequently, meshing clutches 10-18 in which meshing of the inner circumference teeth 108 of the sleeve 72 and the dog teeth 118 of the power transmission gear 54 is not disengaged, namely disengagement of gear does not occur can be provided since a relation that the friction force f<SB>B</SB>between the outer circumference teeth 100 of the hub 92 and the inner circumference teeth 108 of the sleeve 72 is smaller than the friction force f<SB>A</SB>between the dog teeth 118 and the inner circumference teeth 108 of the sleeve 72 is maintained even if wear occurs in use of a long period of time.
