<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply apparatus which is capable of sufficiently cooling a power IC even when using a large flow pump over 100 W. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fuel supply apparatus comprises a fuel tank 4, a fuel pump 7 for discharging the fuel in the fuel tank 4, and a pump driving circuit 17 for driving and controlling the fuel pump 7. The pump driving circuit 17 has a nonwoven cloth 1 having one end of the cloth covering a metallic cup 5 installed in close contact state and the other end immersed in gasoline within the fuel tank 4, and therefore, a lower end part 1b of the other end of the nonwoven cloth 1 immersed in the gasoline absorbs the gasoline, and the pump driving circuit 17 delivers the gasoline to the close contact part 1a at the one end portion covering an installed metallic cup 15 through the capillary action.
