<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip resistant sheet having no direction dependency on drainability, and to provide a slip resistant shoe using the same for a shoe sole. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This slip resistant shoe uses a slip resistant sheet 8 formed with a plurality of projection parts 2 on a shoe sole 1, the slip resistant sheet 8 used for the shoe sole 1 is formed with two or more linear grooves 3 formed in parallel in the foot length direction at equal intervals in the foot width direction, and the plurality of projection parts 2 have a cross-section of substantially isosceles triangular shape, wherein two grooves 3 out of the grooves 3 are aligned into a line respectively. The projection parts 2 are alternately disposed to locate the bases of the substantially isosceles triangles in parallel in the foot length direction and adjoining projections parts 2 at a predetermined interval apart in the foot length direction, and are also formed with slits 4 in the substantially isosceles triangles of the projection parts 2 from the base center toward a vertex angle side.
