PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophtographic photoreceptor, manufactured without crystallization of a charge transport agent to cause deposition and having excellent electric characteristic in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, and to provide an image forming apparatus with the same. SOLUTION: In the electrophtographic photoreceptor 11, a photosensitive layer containing a charge generating agent, the charge transport agent and binder resin is formed on a conductive substrate. In the electrophotographic photoreceptor, the photosensitive layer contains enamine butadiene compound having a specific structural formula as the charge transport agent.
