A heat exchange device comprises a base and a plurality of fins. The plurality of fins are in thermal contact with the base to allow heat transport from the base to the fins. Further, the fins comprise at least one respective channel containing a working fluid. The fins are arranged in at least a first and a second row. The rows can be laterally displaced with respect to each other. Further, the first row and second row may be staggered with respect to each other.
