PURPOSE: A sealing device of an air conditioning case for a vehicle is provided to prevent separation of a sealing member of an air-conditioning unit product during transportation by molding a double sealing member on an intake case through double injection. CONSTITUTION: A sealing device of an air conditioning case for a vehicle includes a cowl panel, an intake case, and a double sealing member. The cowl panel has a cowl panel inlet for inhaling exterior air into the vehicle room. The intake case(100) has an exterior air inlet(120) connected to the cowl panel inlet and is installed on the cowl panel. The double sealing member(300) is attached to the external periphery of the exterior air inlet and has a pair of protrusions(320) which are supported to the lower perimeter of the cowl panel inlet and form a double sealing structure when pressed.
