<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which completes printing so as not to increase viscosity of ink when ink ejecting nozzles are arranged in a line in a radial direction of a recording medium and printing is performed while dots in a circumferential direction is thinned out with respect to one radial position of the recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is the printer having a printing section that ejects ink droplets to a non-recording surface of the rotationally driven recording medium to print visual information and a control section that controls movement of the printing section in the radial direction of the rotationally driven recording medium and controls timing for ejecting the ink droplets ejected from the printing section, wherein the printing section has a plurality of ink ejecting nozzles that are arranged in a line in the radial direction of the recording medium and that eject different colors of ink droplets by control of the control section, and the control section reciprocates the ink ejecting nozzles a plurality of times in the radial direction of the rotationally driven recording medium to complete printing of the visible information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
