<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package capable of being provided with an opening part by releasing a lid label from a shape-retaining sheet, and provided with the lid label inhibited from causing waves and creases on the edge of the opening part formed, which lid label can be freely opened and closed. <P>SOLUTION: The package has a packaging bag for sealing and packaging a content and formed of a flexible laminated sheet made mainly of synthetic resins, a shape-retaining sheet stuck on the outer face and more rigid than the laminated sheet, and a lid label provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer capable of re-releasing and re-sticking on one face of a lid substrate layer, and stuck on the shape-retaining sheet by bringing it into contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer face. Cut lines are formed in a closed shape on the laminated sheet and the shape-retaining sheet within a region where the lid label is stuck.
