<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate sheet suitable to a sheet or a back sheet for sealing of solar cells wherein adhesiveness, durability, electrical insulation, productivity and the like are excellent, no specific cross-linking process is necessary and process steps of manufacturing modules can be simplified, and also to provide a solar cell module manufactured by the above manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate sheet usable in solar cells is manufactured by extruding an ethylene copolymer composition comprising 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene-polar monomer copolymer containing 1 wt.% or more of a carboxylic acid, a carboxylic acid salt, a carboxylic anhydride and a polar monomer containing a polar group selected from the group consisting of an epoxy group, a hydroxy group and an amino group and 0 to 3 pts.wt. of an alkoxy silane containing an amino group or an epoxy group an Al foil surface of a laminated body comprising a fluorine resin or a polyester resin on a surface of an Al foil to laminate thereon.
