<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for efficiently producing a large amount of IC sheets with a high forgery-preventing effect without making wrinkles in paper sheets and without damaging an IC chip circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A thread is bonded to inlets mounting and connecting an IC chip including a memory of a plurality of bits on a side face of an external antenna on a thread base made of single plastic film layer. Perforations are provided in areas where no inlet is arranged, wherein the ratio of the maximum width to the thread width is 25 to 75%, and the area ratio of perforations to the area with no inlets is 10% or below. The sheet with built-in IC chip is configured by inserting the thread into a groove-shaped hollow part provided in one or more intermediate layers in a sheet made of three or more layers, and the thread is manufactured by paper making with a total draw within 5%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
