<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manual mounting machine for board components, which can manage information specific to each board component to be manually mounted in relation to information specific to each printed circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: Multiple board components 2 to be mounted on a printed circuit board 1 are assorted by type and placed in respective component boxes 3. Each component box 3 and a component ID of board components 2 contained therein are related to each other, and both are registered in the component box 3 or a control section 5 by a component ID registration means 4. A board ID 1a is assigned to the printed circuit board 1 as well. A board component 2 taken out from a component box 3 is identified on the basis of information from a component ID reading means 7 and a component take-out position detecting means 8, and information specific to the manually mounted board component 2 is related to information specific to the printed circuit board 1 and registered in the control section 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
